Glad it worked for you, but that doesn't work for me. I only have ONE coffee in the morning, none in the afternoon or later. I eat dinner around 5-6 pm, nothing after that. I'm retired so I don't work at all. The tv goes off at 10 pm, bedtime is 11 to 11:30. Still cannot get to sleep. And before you come up with some other nonsense, I get plenty of exercise outdoors and usually read a book before bedtime. I am a night owl and always will be.
