Have you ever tried the hold-your-breath challenge?
Be it 30 seconds or as long as 90 seconds, and then, whoosh!
You can’t resist, or you’ll feel like you’re on the brink of… well, not actual doom, but you get the drama.
Resisting Evernote was a bit like that, without the life-or-death stakes (luckily).
I tried to stand my ground against Evernote, thinking, “I can manage without it.” But I was wrong!
It wasn’t long before I crawled back to Evernote, realizing that my productivity might not be able to go the distance without it.
I Couldn’t Settle for Just Any Note-Taking App.
With so many note-taking apps, why am I so into Evernote? And why did I even try to give it the cold shoulder?
A few days back, Evernote started acting all glitchy and weird.
So, I had to kick it off my device. Instead of reinstalling it like a sensible person, I thought, “Let’s see what else is out there.”
Installing, Opening, Exploring, and, Oho, Uninstall! — I repeated this game with over 8 apps.
But in the end, I couldn’t find anything as versatile as Evernote. It’s like trying to replace your favorite comfy hoodie.
You might try on many others, but nothing beats the original cozy goodness.
Evernote is Never Done With Its Amazing Features.
I gave it a shot but could not say no to Evernote because of its long list of unique features.
You know those light-bulb moments?
Mine usually happens when I’m on Netflix and chilling.
When a crazy idea strikes, I grab my phone and jot it down using a snazzy template. The template holds everything from text to pictures and even voice memos.
Evernote has come to my rescue more times than I can count, especially when it teams up with Google Calendar.
I manage tasks, set deadlines, and watch upcoming events. I can even create new meeting notes right from my calendar events.
Above all, with Evernote, the fear of losing my data has never crossed my mind. Everything gets backed up to the cloud, accessible across all my devices.
Evernote has what no one else has.
Advanced search makes pointing a single idea out of a sea of notes easier. They dig up your keywords from the deepest corners, be it handwriting, whiteboard doodles, pictures, or documents.
