I Let ChatGPT Run My Life for a Week — And This Happened

Hi friends,

If you’ve ever stared at your to-do list and thought:

“I don’t need another productivity app. I need a personal assistant who doesn’t get tired, annoyed, or disappear after 7 days of ‘free trial.’”

Then this one’s for you.

Recently, I did something unusual and asked ChatGPT to manage my life. I mean real-life tasks — planning my day, calming my nerves, reminding me to write, and even budgeting my money without making me feel broke.

And guess what?

It worked.

So why am I sharing this?

Because I know many of you — especially writers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and side hustlers reading this — are trying to do it all.

And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is stop making micro-decisions all day long.

  • What if you could delegate those to AI?

  • What if your brain didn’t have to figure it out every damn day?

This post is a behind-the-scenes look at how I did exactly that — and how you can too.

Here’s what you get in this subscriber-only post:

✅ The exact ChatGPT prompts I used
✅ The complete responses ChatGPT gave me (they’ll surprise you)
✅ What worked (and what didn’t)
✅ Tips to customize AI as your productivity coach, meal planner, budget buddy, or writing partner
✅ Bonus: How I turned ChatGPT into a surprisingly compassionate mindfulness guide

Free Preview: What Happened When I Asked ChatGPT to Plan My Day

Prompt I gave ChatGPT:

“Act as my productivity coach. I want to wake up at 6am, focus on creative work in the mornings, and exercise in the evenings. Plan my day.”

ChatGPT’s response:

6:00 AM – Wake up
6:15 AM – Hydrate & meditate
6:30 AM – Creative work
9:00 AM – Breakfast
9:30 AM – Admin stuff
1:00 PM – Lunch + walk
2:00 PM – Shallow work (emails, reading)
5:00 PM – Workout
7:00 PM – Dinner
9:00 PM – Wind down
10:00 PM – Sleep

My honest reaction:
This wasn’t revolutionary. But it was relieving. I didn’t have to start my day wondering what to do. I just followed the flow.
